Should you be held liable for writing about your sex life on an internet diary?

A male political aide and lover has filed a lawsuit against the DC intern who detailed him and her other four or five rotating lovers. Her diary brought her fame and fortune and these conservative Republican aides embarassment. Now one lover is saying that her posting her diary that included him in a public space was an invasion of his privacy.
